Books for Blessings

What’s up, Guys!
It is Isabella and Paige back with another blog post for all of you guys! As for our project, our progress has been going very well. Our head of school, Dr. West, has finally responded to our email we sent him about the project. We are hoping to have the chance to meet with him in person to further discuss our plans for the project. He had emailed us yesterday and we have responded. So as of now we are just waiting for him to respond to our latest email. We will continue to keep all of you guys updated on how our project is going. Expect another blog post next week!

Books for Blessings

Hey Guys!
Another day for the Books for Blessings team!! We are Isabella Daniels and Paige Fryer, as you know! This week we were able to accomplish our biggest step into making our project actually happen. We finally emailed Dr. West. Dr. West is the lower school principal at our school, Franklin Road Academy. What we emailed him about was basically explaining our project. So our hopes is that we get a positive response from him! What we are working on currently is our interview questions! Our interview is basically going to help us determine the level of maturity that the three different grades we are interviewing are currently at. After we finish making our interview questions, we are hoping to finally have the interview with representatives of grades Kindergarten through second grade. We will try to keep y’all posted! See you guys again next week!

Books for Blesings Project

Hey Guys!

We are Bella Daniels and Paige Fryer! We are sophomore students at Franklin Road Academy in Nashville, TN. We wanted to inform you of our project, Books for Blessings. What we wanted to do was inform the children in our lower school about all the many blessings we have in life but we don’t ever think about. Our plan is to make books that will provide examples of children their age showing their thankfulness for in different scenarios. When we looked around in the world, we noticed that some people in this world never realized how blessed they are to have everything that they have. Human beings tend to think selfishly, and believe me, we do to. Nobody is perfect. We will be updating all of you guys on our Genius Hour Project and hoping that maybe you guys can take something away from what we are doing.
Thank you!
Bella and Paige
